Hi, Im not trying to thread jack, I would just like some advice.

I Just finished my K swap into a DC2 and next week i'll be getting a Full custom exhaust system and Header made up.
The guy is well known for his quality work for exhaust fabrication, but lacks the research and development to make top power. He will build everything to my specification.

I'd like to know what dimensions id be looking at to make best gains?
The engine is a stock K20A2 with RBC and will be tuned with k-pro.
Preferably i would like a quiet exhaust as this is a daily drive.

I was thinking of 3" Midpipe (with huge silencer), Oval backbox to a 3" tailpipe. No Cat.
As for the manifold, i want him to replicate the K-Tuned Ram Style header and don't know whether to go for a 2.5" or 3" collector?

Any Advise or input would be greatly appreciated!
Regards
Chi
