Thanks for the added tip R-Civic! Not familiar with K-Pro and this is my very first engine swap.

Will try those instructions from you.

It was blowing hot in the beginning. Then cooled down. This morning before I left I added another good amount of coolant. I guess it settled down. Did you get the Wireworx conversion harness also? If so did u wire the ect, fan and charge? Instructions says to skip and the fan especially works without it!

Thank you for the help again and if you were in the states I'd buy you a beer!!

My caR will be on the ground this weekend for a test drive!!

You should be good with that AFR untill you get it tuned...i have my fuel pressure just barely hitting 50psi (RDX injectors)...somewhere between 48-50 should be good

Great looking build, I like what you are doing with the engine bay. Also buy yourself a hack saw, it is not a power tool but you can finesse it quite a bit. Buy Nicholson blades as well.

Keep it up

No good update yet! Car started fine with no o2 sensor and just the aem wideband. Decided to use my denso o2 sensor that I got from Ryan and it just magically disappeared. I contacted Ryan days ago to order another one. I hope he answers me in a few hours because I need it this week. Another money down the drain.

Ordered my Ktuned ac ps delete pulley (K-Phonix) to replace my karcepts. Getting that tomorrow. I will get it aligned in two weeks and tuned by Treblic.

Can't do anything till I get an o2.

Did you use spacers on the K-tuned fuel rail? Very nice DC2, makes me miss mine.

I used just washers to compensate the height. I know how it is especially selling my em1.

Looks like I have to order the o2 somewhere else.

Thanks for the support! Tone of the exhaust sounds nice! Can't wait for Treblic to tune it.

I tried their website. I didn't see the denso and would have ordered from there. Ryan was just slammed so no worries.

Partially installed the K-Tuned pulley. Have to buy a channel lock to remove the alternator pulley.

Thanks mike for the support and all the questions I had in the past. Keep doing what u guys doing. K-Tuned is the leader in K innovations!

Just finished installing the K-Tuned pulley. Very nice piece and the hardest part of the install was the pulley in the alternator.

Had to buy a pipe wrench for this.

Alternator pulley side by side.

Alternator installed with the new lower bracket and hardware.

Even the belt is K-Tuned official. 7 rib belt system is on point with the rest.
Heard from some people it doesn't line up. Not my case.

Another great piece from K-Tuned.

i just dont want to miss out on anything

im guessing the K-tuned pulley is on the left
and what are the benifits of the pulley

a) is it Light weight ? compared to say stock?
b) any special or different belt that's needed?
