Not much big progress but have been knocking out little things here and there when i get time. I was able to get the Karcepts "36mm"hubs installed and the Insane Shafts axles in. The axles and hubs fit perfectly with no issues. I didn't take any pics of them installed unfortunately.

Also made a rubber gasket for the IPG brake booster delete and Tilton master cylinder. Waiting for the brake line to arrive and i'll finish the brake system and bleed it.

I accidentally punched holes for the master cylinder that didn't need to be done, fuck it!

Finished up the piping on the passenger side but i'm probably going to re-do the whole thing. I've been waiting for some fab supplies that haven't arrived and i used scrap pieces to make pie cut bends that look like shit. I might just leave it this way to get the car running then change it.

Also sealed the intake manifold, made a bracket for the throttle cable, welded the crack in my oil pan and installed it.

Forgot to post this pic of the axles.
EP3 from my old setup...Insane Shafts "500hp RSX Type S"...Advance Auto Parts Base RSX

Caught a good deal on a used full size Koyo radiator with FAL fan and used AEM wideband from the guys at IPG Parts. I knew the radiator was too big but for the price i figured i would just modify it. My plan was always to install the biggest radiator i could because every turbo Honda i've owned/driven has had small radiators and had issues driving hard on a daily basis.

So i took it out of the box, measured twice with my eye balls and cut it up.

I'm also converting the inlet and outlet to -16an and my cap is located on the K Tuned coolant housing so i cut everything off that i didn't need and welded it shut.

In the end, i ended up cutting it a few more times and it's not much bigger than a half sized radiator but it is what it is.

As stated earlier i purchased this manifold without a wg outlet so i could position it where i wanted. To try and cut down my time, i ordered an outlet after the fact that i could just add on where ever i wanted to save me some time. In the end, i paid $80 and waited a few! months for it, wasn't happy with how it was made at all so i had to make my own and now have a new paper weight. This one took me about an hour to make and used about $30 in materials. Just another lesson learned.

Picked up a length of 11 gauge, 2" pipe from http://www.mandrel-bends.com and cut it at my desired angle.

After some sanding and test fitting with the wg and turbine housing. Pic of the two outlets together.

Maybe i'm too picky but i didn't want a 37mm opening for a 50mm wastegate and the angle wasn't what i wanted either.

The final piece all welded up.

On the oil feed i decided to do a custom bent hard line out of 3/16" stainless tubing and -3 ends.

Also added a regular -10 oil drain line that you can kind of see in this pic. I had to cut the oil drain on the turbo drain flange shorter and weld a -10 fitting to the bottom in order to clear the shifter cables. It ended up working out pretty well and i'll try to get some pics of the piece i made later on.

You can also see i'm playing with the idea of putting the FPR on the pass side strut tower. Still trying to decide whether to do the fuel lines from the tank to engine bay with hard lines as well. I'm moving up to a -8 feed and -6 return so the hard lines would make things a lot easier and i can hug the top of the exhaust tunnel and shield them from the heat of the exhaust.

Thanks man, can't wait to fire this thing up! As far as the radiator...if i had a bigger budget, i wouldn't be doing it but it's not too hard to do. One thing that i've learned is that it's harder to do with a used radiator due to the coolant residue inside contaminating the weld. Once i sanded it and wiped it down excessively it was fine.

Glad to see you're not doing a 90* angle for the wastegate. What adapter are you using for the stock oil pressure sensor location on the block?

Yeah i want to have as much control over the boost as possible. 1/8 BSP to -3an but i need to change it up a bit so i can run an oil pressure gauge.

Another slow moving update.

I've been extremely busy with work but had some time to put the -16 hoses together for the radiator. Also received some black fire sleeve to cover the throttle cable and other wires or cables that might be close to the exhaust side of the car.

The fuel lines are just laying there until i figure out exactly what i want to do. I'll be using all black or black/silver fittings once the cars complete. Kind of hard to see but I installed a couple of Deutsch connectors for the TPS, MAP and BCS as well.

Picked up some loom to re-do my engine harness and make runs for the boost control solenoid, fuel pumps, radiator fan etc. I want to completely remove any wiring from around the exhaust area so i'm probably going to run everything over the valve cover and down the passenger side.

Going to pick up a battery today so i can make the tray and get it mounted to continue the wiring.
