Yeah its a good idea to warm the upper case.I live in canada and i put a little heat with a heat gut over the case!!

No need to force the case when closing the tranny together :)

did you datalogg the problem with your kpro?

05-06 does not have kpro in those ecu,you need to do a conversion for a 02-04 ecu(prb etc)

its straight bolt on the k20a2 water pump.I run the "factory" oil cooler on my k25.

the p0341 is your main problem man.Change your timing chain first and look if your intake pulse plate is okay.

A k24a engine come standard with a 87 mm bore.Sometime its best to overbore your k24 engine to 87.5 just to have a good fresh cylinder.

used 87mm bore with new (forged i guess)87mm piston you have...

With the special tool on the crank pulley with a long breaker bar + a 6 foot pipe on the bar....You will be able to loose this sucker.Trust me,i know this shit :P

i run a inline pro tensionner on mine, ultra 3 and ultra 2.For myself my car was sooo quiet with those big primary lobe at idle (1000rpm)

My ultra 3 was given by my tuner for testing at...

1-Yes you need to degree again to find the right centerline of your exhaust cam with the dc cam gear.

With your p2v-v2v already done you maybe will be able to find a few hp:new_slayer:
