Are you able to tune fuel yourself? In case of that, I can help you to find a better solution for the WOT VTC. But I recommend to you to get it tuned onsite at the dyno.

The catch can has to be inlined between valve cover vent outlet and an connection to atmospheric pressure (engine bay via filter or Intake Pipe). Venting the Catch Can against the atmosphere...

Use the K24A2 base map and tune it yourself or let it tune. Else, you can do a search at Hondata Forum, but your engine is your engine and is maybe more specific. Finally it need to be tuned anyway.

If you talk about tensioner of the timing chain (TCT), OEM parts are most reliable as long as you run OEM conditions and OEM parts. If the engine has e.g. huge cams, the stress on the TCT increases...

Timeline of the DAMPFHAMMER engine project:
The master was 2 weeks ill at home, finish date of the built will be postponed by 2 weeks, that means mid of 10/19. Tuning of the engine will happen end...

Sounds great, what kind of leakage test did you do for the fluids or do you just operate it to see if there are any leakages?
