No problem .

You remembered me to the right point, I have to ask for my shift mechanism, the fabricator is talking about it, but don't do steps ahead in production of it. I need to ask them again for it.

I made some progress on the shifter and wiring this weekend.

I need the reverse selector arm from the RSX. I had planned to use the EP3, but when I opened it up, it didn't have the necessary cut for the reverse lockout solendoid to actuate properly.

If you have the complete P3t\s shift selector, you will need several parts from the RSX-S shifter to make the swap. Looking at the above image you will need 3,9,13. I would suggest new springs and seals as well. 1,14,15,22, and 21.

VSA \ ABS \ EPS wiring are all freaking me out.

VSA\ABS lights concern me mostly because of the ABS sensors. I was planning on putting the VSA unit\ABS Modulator in the car along with the steering angle sensor (steering column) to allow complete operation of the VSA and ABS system. Two things specifically that I'm uncertain about. The YAW sensor? I somehow stumbled upon this unit as being an integral part of the VSA in the SI though I can't find anything about it in the repair manual, electrical manual or any parts documentation. Secondly, I wonder if the toner rings for the ABS and sensors will work with the k24 VSA system. I'm betting voltage and such is the same, but if the count of toner spots on the ring are different per wheel rotation than the civic SI, it could throw the system off.

I was thinking with Flashpro, there is an option to disable VSA, maybe I could just use that to hush the alerts on the dash and simply run the stock ABS pump and components that would be working fine in the background.

I'm also wondering if the VSS\NEP signals are different from the ep3 to 2012 si. I suppose one of those dakota digital thingies would convert the speed signal, possible it could be used for the RPM as well.

I guess I won't know anything until I get in there and start things up. Wiring is coming along. I am still separating the circuits out of the main wiring harness as it's the only way I can wrap my head around it.

It's looking like it might be easier to just leave the ABS alone, let is operate as it did stock in the EP3.

It looks like I might be able to simply disable VSA\ABS\EPS lights with flashpro and just know they are working in the background. Same as the SRS. I could run wires to a small harness and plug in the old dash if I needed to troubleshoot.

Inspection......I'm....not going to look legal.....

To my own quote, I wouldn't make this car a daily driver without knowing the safety systems are working as they should. Primarily SRS and ABS.

I think I am ditching VSA and the TPMS stuff. I might have to deal with some warnings on the imid on every start up. We will see!

I received the secondary shift arm last night. Everything went together just right. All four holes in the RSXS mount line right up with holes already in the tranny. The rear two holes need to be tapped however.

I will get another tap tonight for the smaller bolts and get it all mounted.

Still wiring! I removed the front fenders and am doing a wire-tuck with complete custom harnesses.
