OS if possible.
For those of you have been asking what set A and Set B means, I have an answer.
Honda has 2 different standard size pistons, since I don't work @ acura I can't give you there specs, but I can give Accord/CR-V spec:

No letter or A: 86.980-86.990 mm
Letter B: 86.970-86.980 mm

I would assume the tsx would be the same.
Did not know that! Good stuff

Does anyone know what 09 tsx pistons weigh?
You probably have the best chance to weigh one  :)

Ok, so i've recieved some questions concerning the crankshaft difference between the pre08 accords and 08+accords. The older accords, crv, element, used crank part number 13310-PPA-000, but this part has been replaced by part number 13310-R40-A00(new accord, tsx) So if you go into honda to order a new crank for a 03 k24a4, you'll be getting a 08+ accord crank. BTW msrp on 13310-R40-A00 is $324.29 :)

So essentially all of the previous K24 Crank Shafts have been phased out, and if you decide you need a replacement/upgrade crankshaft-this will work for all older K24 Crank Shafts, as its now the only one available. Which is nice to know...

So after researching and merging info from the OEM honda parts retailers and Nikos' find [click here]:

Honda Says it's a direct bolt in for older K24s

Nikos Page says its slightly lighter

Combining the two together means that its essentially a direct bolton to older K24s, and has its advantages of weight reduction as well.

EDIT: I guess I was thinking the one on the left is the Old, and the NEW was on the right. Pics weren't labelled, so I'm not sure how I came up with that assumption.

you sure cranks interchange on old cause crank sensor on old is on front crank nose and on new Accord/TSX its in back by flywheel .

I thought the new Z3 cams and head are not inter changeable with older motors cause of how front cover and were chain sprocket lines up .

Edit: you might be right i just looked and Z3 has a spacer on front that might match thickness of old pulser ring

I called them this morning because I was looking for a price quote on 06 rods, 09 pistons and 09 rings.

From what I remember regarding the piston rings, they told told me that they could order them and they were priced as a package for $192, but I don't know if this also meant that they were available.

I'll double check with part #'s too.
